Invoicing is included in every SoftSolz plan, alongside 19 other apps. The Free plan is £0 for one user and lasts 14 days, with no card needed. Then Basic is £20 a month, Growth £60 and Business £100, and they differ only in limits such as team seats (3, 10 and 25 users). Pay yearly and you save 20%.
No. SoftSolz charges a 0% platform fee. Card payments go straight into your own Stripe account and pay out to your bank on Stripe's normal schedule. You pay only Stripe's standard processing fees, the same as using Stripe directly, plus your SoftSolz plan. SoftSolz never holds your money.
Yes. Each line can carry its own tax rate, such as the 20% standard rate, and the totals are worked out for you. Your VAT registration number can show on the invoice, and you can store each customer's VAT number or tax ID. If you are not VAT registered, simply leave tax off your lines and your invoices work just the same.
Invoicing software handles money owed to you: creating invoices, taking payment and chasing. Accounting software keeps your full books. No. Each invoice email includes a pay link to a secure, mobile-friendly Stripe page. You can also send a private link to a customer page where they see their invoice history, download PDFs and pay anything outstanding, all without logging in or creating a password.
Yes. Turn any finalised invoice into a template that repeats weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly or on your own schedule, and choose whether each one sends itself or waits as a draft. Overdue invoices can trigger branded reminders with the pay link attached, and every reminder is logged on the invoice.
Yes. You do not have to connect Stripe at all. Add your bank details to the invoice, send it, and mark it paid when the money arrives. You can also record cash or cheque payments, and a part-payment moves the invoice to part-paid automatically, so the balance is always right.
