For your first 14 days, yes. Forms is included in the Free plan at £0, with no card needed and 1 GB of storage for uploaded files. After that, Basic (£20/mo), Growth (£60/mo) and Business (£100/mo) raise limits such as storage to 5, 50 or 250 GB and team seats to 3, 10 or 25. Every plan includes all 20 SoftSolz apps.
Copy one line of code from the form's settings and paste it into any web page where you can add HTML. The form appears in your colours and resizes itself to fit, with no coding knowledge needed. It only works on the web addresses you list, so nobody else can put your form on their site.
Yes. Add a file upload field and choose which file types you accept and the maximum size. Uploads appear with each submission and in a Files library, where you can filter by form or type, preview images, PDFs, video and audio in the browser, or download a batch as a zip.
A hidden spam trap is on by default and quietly drops bot submissions, without asking visitors to solve a puzzle. Each form key only works on the websites you name, and a per-minute limit stops floods. Details such as email addresses and phone numbers are checked before a reply is saved, and every entry records where it came from.
Yes. Every member of your workspace gets a notification inside SoftSolz for each new submission, and unread badges show what still needs a look. If you prefer an email round-up, SoftSolz Workflows can send a digest of new submissions on the schedule you choose.
