Outreach is included in every SoftSolz plan, each with the other 19 apps. A new workspace is free for 14 days with no card needed, then plans are Basic £20, Growth £60 or Business £100 a month. You also pay your own providers for messages and minutes, Meta for WhatsApp and Twilio, Telnyx or Plivo for texts and calls, and AI calls use AI credits from your plan.
Yes. Every WhatsApp message, text and email goes out from your own number and address, never a shared SoftSolz number, so customers see your business and replies come straight back to your inbox. You connect WhatsApp by signing in with Facebook, and texts and calls through your own Twilio, Telnyx or Plivo account. SoftSolz does not supply numbers.
Yes. The AI receptionist finds out what the caller needs, answers from your own documents, books appointments, takes messages and texts a link. It puts the caller through to a person when they ask, when it is stuck or when it hears words like complaint, and leaves a written report after every call with each follow-up one click from a task.
No. Every call opens with the assistant giving its name, saying it is an AI assistant for your business and that the call is transcribed. That opening cannot be switched off. You can follow calls live, take over on your own phone or end a call at any time, and read the written report afterwards.
When someone replies STOP, they are marked do-not-contact for that channel straight away, and every SoftSolz app respects it. AI marketing calls only reach people whose agreement is recorded on the Consent tab, and service calls only go to people who already deal with you. The tools help, but you remain responsible for having consent to send marketing.
SoftSolz customer data is hosted in the UK/EU, and a Data Processing Agreement is available for your records. Opt-outs are stored against the person, so a STOP on one channel is respected in every SoftSolz app. The AI tells callers that each call is transcribed. You stay responsible for how you use your contacts under UK GDPR.
Yes. Talk to it from your browser, have it ring your own phone, or run saved tests where another AI plays the caller. The set-up page shows about how many AI credits a minute your choices use, and you can set a monthly AI credit budget for calls. You pay your own provider for the call minutes.
