SoftSolz Affiliates handles both. Every partner gets a referral link and a discount code, and you choose a percentage or a flat fee per sale, set for each partner.
Affiliates is included in every SoftSolz plan with 19 other apps, so there is no separate charge for it. A new workspace is free for 14 days with no card needed. Then paid plans are Basic at £20, Growth at £60 and Business at £100 a month, differing only in limits such as team seats, and paying yearly saves 20%.
Yes. When a referred customer is on a subscription, the partner can keep earning on it for as long as you choose, for example the first 12 months. Tiers can also move your best partners to a higher rate automatically as they bring in more, so nobody has to change a rate by hand.
The commission is clawed back automatically and the partner's totals adjust. It is recorded as a reversal rather than deleted, so the history shows the sale, the payment and the refund. A hold period before commission becomes payable gives refunds time to land, and if the same sale is sent twice, it is only credited once.
Approve the commissions that are genuinely owed, group them into a payout batch and export a CSV to pay through your own bank. SoftSolz does not send the money for you. Once a batch is settled, the payment is final and cannot be quietly edited, and a minimum payout saves you sending lots of tiny amounts.
Yes. Each partner gets a page of their own showing their numbers and nobody else's. It saves you answering "how am I doing?" emails and keeps every partner's figures private from the others. You can pause a partner at any time, and everything they have already earned stays on record.
Yes, a click on a referral link sets a cookie, so a sale that follows within the window you set can be credited to the right partner. The visitor's address is kept only as a one-way hash, never in plain form. Discount codes give partners a way to earn when a link is not used. Your SoftSolz data is hosted in the UK/EU, and a Data Processing Agreement is available.
