No. Newsletter collects and organises subscribers: it builds your signup cards and keeps one tidy list. To send a newsletter, export the list as a CSV for the email tool you already use, or connect it through the API and the new-subscriber webhook. That way you collect in one place and send with the tool you prefer.
For your first 14 days, yes. Newsletter is included in the SoftSolz Free plan at £0, with the other 19 apps and no card needed. After that, paid plans cost £20 (Basic), £60 (Growth) and £100 (Business) a month and differ only in limits, such as team seats and API calls. Paying yearly saves 20%.
UK GDPR does not require a confirmation email, but you should be able to show that people agreed to hear from you. SoftSolz subscribes people straight away, without a confirmation email, and records which card each person used and when they signed up. Use the card's heading, description and footer to say clearly what people will receive.
SoftSolz customer data, including your subscriber list, is hosted in the UK/EU, and a Data Processing Agreement is available. You stay in charge of your list: export it as a CSV at any time, unsubscribe or delete people from the dashboard, and choose which team members can view, export or delete subscribers.
If your website lets you paste a small piece of code, for example in an HTML or embed block, yes. The card shows in its own frame, resizes itself and only works on web addresses you register, so it cannot be copied onto someone else's site. Changes you make to a published card appear everywhere it is shown.
Yes. Create as many cards as you like, each with its own design and wording, and publish or pause each one separately. They all feed the same list, and each subscriber is tagged with the card they used, so you can see which pages grow your list and which do not.
