E-commerce Pilot
Amazon profit, ads and stock
01Features
SoftSolz E-commerce Pilot is an upcoming Amazon seller profit dashboard for independent sellers and brands. It will show real profit per product after fees, refunds, ad spend and product costs, find wasted ad spend, suggest bids from your own margins and say when to reorder. Nothing changes on Amazon until you approve it. Coming to every plan, from Free.
02How it works
No infrastructure to run and nothing to install on a server. Set it up once in your workspace.
03Use cases
A few of the ways teams put it to work. Use it however your business runs.
You manage campaigns in the evenings and want to know which keywords are losing money and what to change, without living in spreadsheets.
Sales look healthy but you are not sure what is left after fees and ads, so you want profit per product, every day.
Upload the reports you already download from Seller Central and the advertising console, and see the strategies work on your own numbers first.
Run up to 15 client stores on Business, with every change approved first and reversible for 30 days.
04Developers
Bring your own AI. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant through the same Connected AI apps connection every SoftSolz app uses, or call the API from your own systems, to read your store's numbers and findings, run product hunting, keep keyword lists and tracked products, save listing drafts and research, and propose changes. Nothing on the API spends SoftSolz AI credits: analysis written by your own AI is saved against the finding. Changes wait in AI Review by default and always pass your guardrails, and the guardrails and approval settings can only be changed in the dashboard. Webhooks tell you when a sync finishes, a strategy finds something new or a change reaches Amazon.

07Questions
It is coming soon. We are completing Amazon's developer approval, which is needed before stores can be connected for everyone, and opening it to selected workspaces for early access in the meantime. Get in touch to ask for early access and tell us which Amazon marketplaces you sell in. Amazon comes first; Shopify, eBay and TikTok Shop are planned for later.
Nothing extra. It will be included in every SoftSolz plan, from Free at £0 to Business at £100 a month. Plans differ only in limits: 1, 2, 5 or 15 stores, 10, 50, 200 or 1,000 tracked products, and 5, 30, 150 or 500 research runs a month across Free, Basic, Growth and Business.
It is being built for every Amazon marketplace, starting with the USA. If you sell on Amazon.co.uk, ask for early access and tell us which marketplaces you use, and we will let you know as soon as UK stores can connect. We would rather tell you when it is ready than promise a date we cannot keep.
No. You can upload the standard reports you already download from Seller Central and the advertising console, and your numbers and most strategies work from them. Connecting keeps the numbers up to date for you, and is needed for product hunting, competitor tracking and sending changes straight to Amazon.
No. A change reaches Amazon only when you apply it, stays inside the guardrails you set, and can be undone for 30 days. Changes from AI apps and API keys wait in AI Review by default. You can let simple rules apply themselves, but they stay off until you turn them on.
It will cover similar ground: profit, ads and reimbursements. Sellerboard is live today, costs $19 to $79 a month with a one-month free trial, and also sends review requests, which E-commerce Pilot does not. E-commerce Pilot is coming soon, also covers product research and keyword lists, keeps every ad change behind your approval with undo, and will be included in every SoftSolz plan from Free.
It has no price or sales rank history from before you start tracking a product, no reverse ASIN lookup, and no competitor reviews, because Amazon does not share that data. Sales figures for other sellers' products are estimates and are labelled as such. It needs no paid third-party data tools: everything comes from Amazon's own data about your store, plus public product details.
It is used for your workspace only and never combined with other sellers' data. We never ask Amazon for buyer names, addresses or contact details, report data is deleted after 25 months, and you can export your data or disconnect at any time. SoftSolz hosts customer data in the UK and EU.
