01Features
SoftSolz Sales Pipelines is simple sales pipeline software for UK small businesses. Each deal is a card you drag through stages you define, with its calls, emails, notes and products in one record. Deals that go quiet alert their owner, and a weighted forecast tracks progress against targets. Included in every plan from Free, with no per-user pricing.
02How it works
No infrastructure to run and nothing to install on a server. Set it up once in your workspace.
03Use cases
A few of the ways teams put it to work. Use it however your business runs.
Follow every opportunity from first call to proposal to signed retainer on one board.
Track each job from enquiry to site survey to quote to won, and see which ones have gone quiet.
Keep new business and renewals on separate boards, each with the stages that fit.
A forecast for each salesperson, stall alerts for owners, and shared boards that make handovers easy.
04Developers
Read boards, deals, timelines and the forecast, and create deals, move them, log activity and add line items from your own systems, all with an API key limited to just those actions.

07Questions
Sales Pipelines is included in every SoftSolz plan. Free is £0 for one user for 14 days, with no card needed. Then Basic is £20 a month for three users, Growth £60 for ten and Business £100 for twenty-five, so you are not paying per seat. Every plan includes all 20 apps, and yearly billing saves 20%.
A sales pipeline is every deal you are trying to win, laid out by the stage it has reached, from first enquiry to won or lost. In SoftSolz each deal is a card you drag between your own stages, so you can see at a glance what is in play, what it is worth and what has stalled.
Yes. Import deals from a CSV file, which most spreadsheets and CRMs can produce, and export them back out whenever you like. If you prefer a list to a board, the table view shows your deals in rows, and you can save the views you use most.
Each stage has a win probability that you set. SoftSolz weights each open deal's value by that likelihood and totals the result against your targets, by salesperson and by period. That gives you a realistic figure, rather than the total of everything in the pipeline, which almost never all lands.
Set how long a deal can sit in each stage before it counts as stalled. When a deal passes that limit it is flagged and its owner is told, so the calls worth making today are obvious. Every stage move is recorded with who made it and when, so you can also see where deals tend to get stuck.
Yes. Managing boards and stages is a separate permission from adding and moving deals. Your team can create deals, move them and log activity without being able to rename, reorder or delete stages, so the process you designed stays the way you set it up.
For a small team that wants a clear pipeline without per-user pricing, yes. Boards, deal timelines, stall alerts and a weighted forecast come with quotes, invoicing and 17 other apps, from £20 a month for three users. HubSpot's free CRM covers two users rather than one, and Pipedrive lists more than 500 integrations, so both suit teams that need a bigger ecosystem.
