AI Meeting Assistant
Meeting notes with names, answers and follow-ups
01Features
SoftSolz AI Meeting Assistant is an upcoming AI notetaker for small businesses that joins Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls. It keeps notes with every speaker named, answers questions from your own SoftSolz data when someone asks it, and after the call writes a summary, decisions and action items and prepares tasks, draft invoices and other follow-ups you approve. Coming to every plan, with meeting hours set by your plan.
02How it works
No infrastructure to run and nothing to install on a server. Set it up once in your workspace.
03Use cases
A few of the ways teams put it to work. Use it however your business runs.
Talk to the client, not your notepad. Afterwards the notes sit on their contact and deal, with the follow-up email drafted.
Decisions and action items written down with owners, and the tasks created before everyone has left the call.
Turn on automatic joining and the assistant attends every booking that has a Zoom, Meet or Teams link.
04Developers
Works with the apps you already use in SoftSolz: answers and follow-ups come from Invoicing, Appointments, Sales Pipelines, Tasks, Contacts, Knowledge Hub and Outreach. Webhooks and AI Workflows can start work when a meeting begins, ends or its notes are ready.
Webhook events
05Better together
Same workspace, same customers, same bill. Add them any time and they already know each other.
06Questions
It is coming soon and will open to selected workspaces for early access first. Get in touch to ask for early access.
Nothing extra. It will be included in every SoftSolz plan. Your plan sets the meeting hours: 1 hour in total on the Free trial, then 3, 20 or 50 hours a month on Basic, Growth and Business. An hour where it may answer or act counts as 1.5 hours, and answers, actions and summaries use AI credits from your plan.
Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.
No. Only you and the people you mark as your team can ask it to create or change something, and it always waits for a yes first. Everyone else can only ask questions.
Yes. Tell the people in your meeting that an AI assistant takes notes; a line in the invite is enough. The assistant also introduces itself when it joins.
SoftSolz keeps the text only, never the audio or video. The partner that joins the call deletes its copy when the meeting ends, and the notes are deleted after the period your workspace chooses.
