No. Every payment button is also a shareable link, so you can send it by email, text or WhatsApp, post it on social media, or print it as a QR code. If you do have a website, SoftSolz gives you a ready-made snippet to paste in, and customers pay on a secure Stripe page either way.
Payments is included in every SoftSolz plan, with 19 other apps. A new workspace is free for 14 days with no card needed, then paid plans are £20, £60 or £100 a month. SoftSolz takes a 0% platform fee on your payments; you pay only Stripe's standard processing fees on each one.
Straight into your own Stripe account. Stripe processes the card and pays out to your bank on its normal schedule, and SoftSolz never holds your money. You can check your available and pending balance, recent payments and payouts in the SoftSolz dashboard at any time.
Yes. Customers pay on Stripe's own secure checkout page, which shows your business name and logo, so card details are entered with Stripe rather than on your website or in a message. Afterwards they return to your site. You can add a short caption such as "Secure payment by card" to reassure them.
Yes. Set a fixed price, or let the customer type the amount with an optional minimum you choose. That suits deposits, settling a balance, donations or tips. Each link keeps a count of its successful payments, so you can see which ones are being used.
Refunds and disputes are handled in your own Stripe dashboard, which stays the full record of every payment. SoftSolz shows your live balance, recent payments and payouts, and alerts you if Stripe turns payments or payouts on or off for your account.
No. You create the button and copy the snippet inside SoftSolz. Pasting it onto your page is the only step that touches your website, and most website builders make that easy. If you do have a developer, they can also use the API and a webhook to create checkouts from your own systems.

The same plan includes invoicing, quotes and 17 other apps. Square has no monthly fee and offers in-person POS, which SoftSolz does not, so it may suit you better if you sell face to face.
