Where does the money go, and does SoftSolz take a cut?

Every payment goes directly into your own Stripe account. SoftSolz charges a 0% platform fee; only standard Stripe card-processing fees apply, the same as any Stripe payment.

Where do I see my sales, refunds, and payouts?

Live balances, recent payments, and payouts appear in the SoftSolz Payments dashboard, read straight from Stripe. Full records, refunds, and disputes live in your own Stripe dashboard, which stays the system of record.

Can customers choose how much to pay?

Yes. Set a fixed price, or let the customer enter the amount with an optional minimum, ideal for deposits, tips, or pay-what-you-owe.

Can I test before going live?

Yes. Your workspace has a sandbox for trying payment buttons end to end without real charges, then you switch to live when ready.

Which countries are supported?

Stripe Connect onboarding is supported in the US, UK, and around 27 European countries.

Connect Stripe once

Open Payments, click Connect Stripe, and complete Stripe's secure onboarding with your business and bank details. You never repeat this.

Create a payment button

Give it a name and either a fixed price or "let the customer enter the amount". Optionally add your business name, brand colours, and a caption.

Copy the snippet or link

SoftSolz generates a ready-made button snippet to paste on your website, and the same button works as a shareable link or QR code.

Customer pays on Stripe

The buyer clicks through to a secure Stripe page branded with your business name and logo, pays, and is returned to your site.

Money lands in your Stripe account

Stripe records the payment and pays out to your bank on its normal schedule. Watch balances and payouts in the SoftSolz dashboard.
