Yes. Ask for a deposit at the moment the customer signs, so the job is confirmed and part-paid in one step. The payment goes to your own Stripe account with a 0% SoftSolz fee, and only Stripe's standard fees apply. Once accepted, one click raises the invoice or starts a subscription.
Yes. Add several signers and choose whether they sign in order or all at once, then add your own countersignature. Everyone signs on their phone or computer with no account. At the end you get a PDF of the quote and a certificate showing who signed, when and from where.
Yes. Mark lines as optional and the customer chooses which to include before accepting. It is a simple way to offer upgrades such as a premium finish or a longer warranty. Lines come from your Products and Subscriptions price list, so prices are always the ones you set.
Yes to both. SoftSolz follows up unsigned quotes automatically, so you do not have to remember who to nudge. You set an expiry date on each quote, and once it passes the quote shows as expired and can no longer be accepted. Send a fresh one if the customer comes back later.
No. Once sent, a quote is locked, so the record cannot be rewritten after someone agrees to it. If something needs to change, send a replacement instead. It keeps a clean trail of what was offered and when, which protects you as much as your customer.
