Can I schedule posts for later?

Yes. Choose Schedule, pick a date and time, and SoftSolz publishes the post for you automatically when it comes due.

What can I attach to a post?

Up to four images, or a single video, or a single document (PDF, Word, or PowerPoint). Instagram posts require an image, so a text-only post skips any Instagram targets.

What happens if a network is temporarily unavailable?

Delivery to that account is retried automatically with backoff. If it still can't be delivered after several attempts, the target is flagged and workspace admins are notified so you can reconnect and try again.

Can I control who on my team can use a connected account?

Yes. Each account can be kept private to you, shared with the whole workspace, or shared with specific members and roles. Only the person who connected it (or a super admin) changes that.

Can I drive this from my own backend?

Yes. A server-to-server API lets you list accounts, create posts, and publish or schedule them with your tenant API key, using idempotency keys for safe retries.
