SoftSolz Tasks is a staff task management app for handing out work and checking it. It keeps a record per person and is included in every plan, including Free.

For your first 14 days, yes. Tasks is included in the Free plan at £0, with no card needed. After that, Basic (£20/mo), Growth (£60/mo) and Business (£100/mo) raise limits across the platform, such as storage for uploaded work, from 1 GB on Free to 5, 50 or 250 GB. Every plan includes all 20 SoftSolz apps, and paying yearly saves 20%.
Yes. When you set a task, say what has to come back: a note, files or both, and a minimum number of files. Staff upload photos, PDFs, videos or documents from their phone, and you open them in the browser to approve the work or send it back with a comment.
Yes. Give it to named people, a whole group or both. Everyone gets their own copy with their own deadline and history, and anyone already on it is skipped. Repeating rounds, such as onboarding or a monthly check, can be saved as a template and run against a group in one go.
Yes. Each person has a plain record of how much they were given, how much they finished, how much arrived on time and how often work was redone. It also shows how quickly reviewers responded, so a slow approval queue is not blamed on the person doing the work.
No. Marking is off by default. Leave it off and you still get completion, on-time and rework figures for everyone, which is how most operations teams use it. If you do want marks, choose pass or fail, points, a percentage, letter bands or a rubric for each category.

Yes. Move work to another person or extend a deadline, and SoftSolz asks for a reason and keeps it on the record. The original deadline is never overwritten, so you can always see how far something slipped. Late work can still be accepted and is clearly marked as late.
Tasks data and uploaded work are hosted in the UK and EU, and a Data Processing Agreement is available for your GDPR records. Inside your workspace, a person's submissions and comments are only visible to them and the people who review their group, unless someone has workspace-wide access.
