After that, Basic (£20/mo), Growth (£60/mo) and Business (£100/mo) raise workspace limits such as team seats, API calls and webhook endpoints. Every plan includes all 20 apps, and paying yearly saves 20%.
Yes. Set a workflow to email reminders to customers with unpaid or overdue invoices on the days you choose, and another to mark past-due invoices as overdue so your records stay accurate. Start from the invoice-chasing template if you like. It works with the invoices you raise in SoftSolz Invoicing.
No. You build workflows by dragging steps onto a canvas and filling in a short form for each one. Schedules are picked from menus, and a plain-English summary shows exactly when a workflow will run, so there is nothing technical to write. If you prefer, describe the job in plain English and AI drafts it for you.
Every run is recorded. The run history shows each run's status, how long it took, who started it and what each step produced, and every run also gets an entry in your audit log. Before you publish, a test run lights up each step and shows exactly what it received and returned.

The one you choose. Each workflow has its own timezone, picked from a list of 20+ common zones, so a 9am monthly run means 9am where you are. Schedules run from daily to yearly, and a plain-English summary confirms exactly when the workflow will run.
Each workflow can be private to you, open to the whole team, or shared with specific members or roles. Separate permissions control who can view, create, edit, delete and run workflows, so people only touch the automations they are responsible for. You can also pause any workflow without deleting it.
