What SoftSolz Includes: A Walk Through the 20 Services
A service-by-service look at the SoftSolz catalogue, covering invoicing, payments, sales, outreach, bookings, forms, tasks, AI and developer tools.
Most small businesses end up paying for a separate tool for invoices, another for bookings, another for email campaigns and another for a website form. Each one has its own login, its own customer list and its own monthly bill. I built SoftSolz so a business can run those jobs from one account, with one customer record shared across them. Developers can also embed any of the services inside their own product.
This post walks through what each service does today.
Getting paid
Invoicing handles the full cycle. You draft an invoice, post it, email it to the customer and send reminders when it goes overdue. You can issue credit notes against posted invoices, set up recurring invoice templates, and check an aged receivables report to see who owes what and for how long. Customers get a portal link where they can view their own invoices.
Stripe Payments creates payment links and Stripe Checkout sessions. You can share a link for a fixed amount or generate a checkout for a one-off charge.
Products and Subscriptions holds your catalogue, your discount codes and your customers' active subscriptions.
Quotes and Signatures lets you draft a quote, send it, and give the customer a link where they sign it online. The signature stays attached to the quote record.
Finding and keeping customers
Sales Pipelines gives you deal boards with stages. You can log calls, emails and meetings against each deal and attach catalogue products, which updates the deal amount. The forecast view shows weighted pipeline and won revenue against each owner's target. A separate view lists deals that have sat in one stage for too long.
Funnels tracks how many people reach each step of a sign-up or purchase journey, so you can see where they drop off.
Outreach sends WhatsApp, SMS and email campaigns from your own number and address. Replies land in a shared inbox that your whole team can work from, and each campaign shows what happened to every recipient.
Affiliates runs a partner programme. You issue partner codes and referral links, credit sales to partners, and build payout batches from approved commissions once their hold period ends. If a customer gets a refund, you can claw back the commission.
Newsletter collects subscribers through signup cards you embed on your site.
Social Publishing lets you write a post once and publish or schedule it across your connected social accounts.
SEO Intelligence and My Leads cover search visibility and lead capture.
Running the day to day
Appointments handles bookings for staff, rooms, equipment and vehicles. It checks availability, supports group sessions, and moves the first person on the waiting list into a slot when someone cancels. You can share booking links, and customers can see their past and upcoming visits.
Forms builds forms with text, email, phone, date, dropdown, checkbox and file upload fields. It includes spam protection and in-app alerts for new submissions. You can export submissions to CSV or send them in through the API.
Tasks assigns work to people or whole groups, tracks deadlines, and lets reviewers approve or send back submitted work. Templates save you from rebuilding the same checklist each time.
AI Workflows chains steps together and runs them on a trigger or on demand. You can pause and resume a workflow and check the history of every run.
Websites and content
AI Website Builder generates a website from a description of your business.
Blogs covers drafting, scheduling and publishing posts. It also handles comment moderation and blog subscribers. This post was written and saved through it.
Customer accounts and AI
Customer Auth gives your app sign-up, login, email verification, password resets and TOTP two-factor authentication without you writing that code yourself.
Knowledge Hub answers questions from your own documents and cites the exact page each answer came from. You upload files or text, group them into collections, and create AI agents that draw on them.
For developers
Every service has an API. We ship a Node SDK (@softsolz/sdk), a Python SDK (softsolz on PyPI) and an MCP server (@softsolz/mcp). The MCP server means an AI assistant such as Claude can create forms, send invoices or check your pipeline for you. I used it to create a form and save this post as a draft.
We are still building out integrations with third-party tools, and cloud connectors will arrive in a later release.
Pricing
Plans cost £20, £60 or £100 per month. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and you don't need a credit card to sign up. You can find the details at softsolz.uk.
